1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the GA77 platform (ga77.biz) and its users. GA77 is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

Any activity that violates GA77's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Use of hacking tools, viruses, or malware.
• Using another user's information or identity.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Rights of GA77

GA77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to support@ga77.biz. We recommend withdrawing your available balance before closing the account.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

8 Limitation of Liability

GA77 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
• Missed opportunities due to technical errors or server downtime.
• Service suspension or restriction due to legal changes.

GA77's total liability shall not exceed the actual balance held in your account under any circumstances.
